    Creative Services Requests

    The MarComm team offers design support for graphic and multimedia materials. Examples include branded print or digital graphics like flyers or presentations, photography, video, animations, and more. Faculty or staff who need any photography, video, or designed materials are encouraged to request them through the form linked below. You can also use this form if you have materials designed that you would like reviewed.

    While we can work within a short window of time to complete a design request, we do ask that you do your best to provide three to four weeks for the completion of most projects. Projects involving video may take longer. Regardless, please put in your request and we'll do our best to meet your deadline. As a reminder, if your project has any costs associated with it related to printing or other third-party services, those costs will need to be paid for out of the requesting department's budget. We will discuss any costs with you before moving forward.

    Photography, Videography, and Release Forms

    The Marketing & Communications team can provide photography / videography, offer consultation, or help you find a photographer / videographer to suit your needs. We also have a photo library of stock photos that may work for you. For all photo and video shoots, it is important to obtain signed consent/release forms from the participants.

     

    Website Requests
