Student Records Office
The Student Records Office at Penn GSE handles everything from transcripts and student records to classroom scheduling. We strive to ensure accuracy and confidentiality, implement policies and procedures, supply information, and provide efficient and attentive service to students, faculty, and administrative staff. We are mindful of balancing fair, equitable enforcement of policy with responsive, individual assistance.
Our office:

- Assigns classrooms
- Certifies students for graduation
- Verifies enrollment and graduation
- Schedules doctoral hearings
- Maintains the Academic Calendar
- Disseminates electronic course evaluations
- Supplies statistics, reports, and listings
