GSE-IT offers recording of live events and lectures. Faculty and staff may request that special events be recorded by submitting a ticket to GSE IT. We ask that you give at least 2 weeks' notice for recording requests. Special arrangements can be made for recordings to be privately hosted for classes (i.e., Canvas, etc.). 
 
If you desire an event photographer, we recommend that you contact the Communications department. While they don't have a dedicated photographer on staff, they may be able to help you get connected with the type of photography services you seek. 
 
Note - Penn GSE Does NOT OFFER LIVE STREAMING. If you desire streaming services, you can make a request through the Penn Video Network or at their phone number, 215-898-4336. There will be costs associated with streaming requests.

Other Services

Faculty and staff can request that GSE IT assist in the creation multimedia presentations or edit video for classroom or case study use. We will accommodate requests to the availability of our staff and resources.
