GSE is proud to offer advanced video and multimedia services and equipment to students, faculty, and staff. We host an array of video and computer equipment to help you enhance your work and study at GSE. Staff members are available on appointment Monday through Friday from 9:30am-5pm. Our video staff personnel are sometimes out on location doing project work, so please contact us in advance.

Reserving Equipment

GSE students may reserve cameras, Audio Recorders and other resources for recording their classrooms, projects and research; transfer their video between formats, easily create DVDs, or get help converting video for the web or a PowerPoint presentation. 

Equipment may be on loan for a maximum of 3 business days and must be returned by 4pm at the end of the given week. 

Reservations must be made with at least three days’ notice. Equipment is loaned on a first-come, first-served basis. We do not allow back-to-back or standing reservations.

Equipment Purchasing

 
Faculty or staff wishing to make AV-related purchases (cameras, mics, etc.) are asked to first contact us so that we can advise you on the most cost-effective, supported option. Please inform us of the budget you wish to charge for the purchase, and we will email a draft of the order form for budget approval from the appropriate GSE personnel.
