GSE Student Groups - Request for Purchases Form

This Request for Purchases Form is for approved GSE Student Groups and Organizations. If you are not an approved group, please visit The Office of Student Success website to see how you can apply to become an approved GSE student group/organization.

This approval request form must be submitted 2 weeks prior to the event. This request will be reviewed by both OSS and GSESG, and you will receive an approval or denial (with details) within a week. Purchase Requests will be typically approved or denied on Fridays.
