School Climate and Culture Survey 2024
In early 2024, Penn GSE undertook the important initiative of administering a comprehensive Climate and Culture Survey to students, staff, and faculty. This strategic endeavor aimed to establish a foundational benchmark for our new dean, providing insights into the current state of our School's culture. The survey instrument was administered and the results were analyzed by an external vendor to preserve the integrity of the data and the anonymity of Penn GSE community members. The survey sought to assess our strengths while pinpointing areas for improvement, thus facilitating informed decision-making.

Post-Report Recommendations
In 2024-25, the school convened a task force comprising faculty, staff, and students to analyze the results of the 2024 Climate and Culture Survey and produce recommendations. The recommendations of that task force inform the ongoing work of the Committee on Climate and Community and the Dean's Office, alongside other units across the GSE community.
