Yoga for Staff & Faculty

Wednesday 4/1, 5:15pm to 6:00pm: Join Janeen for a yoga wind-down. This will be a mat yoga class for all levels; no prior yoga experience required. You will need a yoga mat and also a blanket for class. If you don’t have a yoga mat, you can improvise with a towel, exercise mat, grippy socks, or blanket.
