Penn Benefits Open Enrollment is your annual opportunity to make changes to your healthcare benefits. Open enrollment is April 20 through May 1. Benefits-eligible faculty and staff should enroll or make changes in Workday@Penn for the 2020-2021 plan year, which begins July 1, 2020. For the third year in a row, there will be no increase in medical and dental rates. Please review your benefits even if you plan to keep the same coverage you have now.
